Scope of Work
During the undertaking of a major Grandstand refurbishment EMS has been asked to provide directional signs, including the hardware, to go throughout the site on a variety of materials. We were also asked to produce a number of finished sporting graphic images to decorate a themed bar and to provide a number of CAD Plan copies. This recently completed project has successfully utilised a combination of our Print Room, Design Support and CAD Workstation sectors.  

EMS’s Graphic Solutions department has worked closely with the Marketing Department of Lingfield Park.

We have undertaken projects which have resulted in:

• The design and production of two large visually eye-catching pop-up exhibition stands.

• The design and production of large posters for their Golf and Leisure Clubs, with the latter involving the design of a new logo in line with Lingfield Park’s new corporate livery.

EMS was commissioned to take the new livery and produce several new Business Cards for both Lingfield Park and Folkestone Racecourses that utilised both our Design Support and Print Room facilities.

Within EMS’s CAD Workstation and Document Management services we have provided a full range of support including:

Taking information from the Client and producing drawings of site plans using the internal CAD team of draughtsmen.

Taking numerous CAD drawings and plotting out diagrams, site maps, etc including setting out plan size increases and decreases as required from originals. 

Scanning data and information provided and then converting and manipulating this into a CAD format.

As with all EMS Full Service Account customers, there are numerous other smaller projects that are undertaken on an ad-hoc daily basis. In the case of Lingfield Park this includes the production of Raceday Posters for their Corporate Hospitality Suites. 

Summary
Lingfield Park Racecourse has been assisted in concentrating its efforts on its expansion programme by using EMS as a ‘one-stop’ solution and making full use of the wide range of services offered. As the facilities at the Racecourse continue to expand in the coming years we hope to remain involved by continuing to offer both technical support and expertise to forthcoming projects.
